Depending on the task at hand, we use all types of transport: air, auto, railway, sea, multimodal (combined) methods of cargo transportation.

We deliver goods subject to customs clearance in the Russian Federation (not "cargo"). Each calculation is prepared individually, taking into account all the factors that are important for the calculation (type of goods, weight of cargo (in kg), volume of cargo (in m3), number of transport places, loading address, delivery address).

These are documents provided by the factory. Invoice is an invoice for payment for the goods, Packing list is a bill of lading, which shows the data on the goods (weight, volume).

«Cargo» is an unofficial method of delivery, which is usually used by Chinese suppliers themselves to deliver goods for individuals. The main disadvantages of this method of delivery include: the lack of closing documents, the ability to track cargo, a lot of overloads along the route, respectively, a high risk of cargo damage and significant delays. Not suitable for legal entities. Delivery with official customs clearance eliminates these risks and inconveniences. Plus, for large shipments (starting from 1000 kg), the delivery rate is even more economical than for cargo delivery.

There are several warehouses for cargo consolidation, in each case it is selected individually (so as not to make additional transport "hooks"). We can deliver cargo from any point in China to any point in the Russian Federation.

From the moment of conclusion of the contract, a personal specialist of the cargo management department is appointed, who, upon request, informs about the stages of transportation and performs full control of the shipment.

If you have a broker, we can only provide you with logistics services.

It is mandatory that we provide closing documents to confirm the fulfillment of our obligations. We do not carry «undocumented» cargo.

In this case, the delivery of cargo under our contract is suitable for you. We conclude a supply contract between Russian companies, and we take the contract with the factory under our own control. This allows you to make a payment in the Russian Federation without participating in foreign economic activity and get all the documents for reporting.

A specialist of the accounting department issues invoices only upon the occurrence of expenses. There is no need for a full prepayment, and we also do not work on post-payment.

To solve the task of cargo delivery and customs clearance, several specialists are involved in the process at once (sales department manager, declarant, logistician, certification specialist), so the calculation in the format of a commercial offer is prepared within a day from the moment all input data is received.

This formula can only be used for cargo delivery. With official delivery, many factors affect the calculation, so ot is prepared individually by qualified specialists. The optimal route and method of transportation are selected, all pitfalls for the product itself are studied, and the HS code is selected.

Each product is classified by the customs authority according to its own customs code, which determines the rates of customs duty, import VAT and fees. It is selected by our declarant based on the product description sent by the client. The more detailed the description, the more correct the code is.

HS code is the code of the international Harmonized Commodity coding system. The EAEU uses the HS code. Often these codes are similar at the level of the first 4-6 characters, but there are differences in the code selection rules. In addition, Chinese suppliers may select the code incorrectly. That's why we always choose the code ourselves.

There are different types of cargo. If you look at an example: it can be both heavy metal products and cotton wool. 20 tons of metal products will be included in the container. One container will not be enough to deliver cotton wool. Therefore, it is very important to know the volume of cargo and the number of transport places for the correct calculation.

Customs payment is calculated from the value of the cargo. If we do not know how much the cargo costs, the amount of customs duties will also be unknown. Insurance is also always included in the calculation, which depends on the estimated value of the batch in China.

Insurance covers loss or damage of the cargo during transportation from the moment of its receipt to the moment of delivery of the cargo to the customer.
