Our company provides services for finding products in China and selecting a supplier. How to be sure that the factory really exists and has been on the market for a long time. What if the plant isn't there?

How do I know if the product is suitable for me?

Before shipping a commercial batch, we can arrange delivery of samples of products from the factory, so that you can get acquainted with its quality.

How do I communicate with the manufacturer if I don't speak Chinese?

What is your rate for 1 kg?

We deliver goods subject to customs clearance in the Russian Federation (not "cargo"). Each calculation is prepared individually, taking into account all the factors that are important for the calculation (type of goods, weight of cargo (in kg), volume of cargo (in m3), number of transport places, loading address, delivery address).

What are Invoice and Packing list?

These are documents provided by the factory. Invoice is an invoice for payment for the goods, Packing list is a bill of lading, which shows the data on the goods (weight, volume).

What is the difference between «cargo» and «official» delivery?

«Cargo» is an unofficial method of delivery, which is usually used by Chinese suppliers themselves to deliver goods for individuals. The main disadvantages of this method of delivery include: the lack of closing documents, the ability to track cargo, a lot of overloads along the route, respectively, a high risk of cargo damage and significant delays. Not suitable for legal entities. Delivery with official customs clearance eliminates these risks and inconveniences. Plus, for large shipments (starting from 1000 kg), the delivery rate is even more economical than for cargo delivery.

Where are your warehouses located in China?

There are several warehouses for cargo consolidation, in each case it is selected individually (so as not to make additional transport "hooks"). We can deliver cargo from any point in China to any point in the Russian Federation.

How can I find out where the cargo is currently located during transportation?

From the moment of conclusion of the contract, a personal specialist of the cargo management department is appointed, who, upon request, informs about the stages of transportation and performs full control of the shipment.

Do you carry only with consideration of customs clearance on your part, or can I use a third-party broker for customs procedures?

If you have a broker, we can only provide you with logistics services.

Do you provide closing documents for reporting purposes?

It is mandatory that we provide closing documents to confirm the fulfillment of our obligations. We do not carry «undocumented» cargo.

How can I pay to China if I don't have a foreign currency account and don't want to engage in foreign economic activity?

In this case, the delivery of cargo under our contract is suitable for you. We conclude a supply contract between Russian companies, and we take the contract with the factory under our own control. This allows you to make a payment in the Russian Federation without participating in foreign economic activity and get all the documents for reporting.

Is 100% prepayment required for all services?

A specialist of the accounting department issues invoices only upon the occurrence of expenses. There is no need for a full prepayment, and we also do not work on post-payment.

Why can't you announce a complex rate for cargo delivery and customs immediately by phone?

To solve the task of cargo delivery and customs clearance, several specialists are involved in the process at once (sales department manager, declarant, logistician, certification specialist), so the calculation in the format of a commercial offer is prepared within a day from the moment all input data is received.

Do you have any formula to calculate the shipping cost for me later?

This formula can only be used for cargo delivery. With official delivery, many factors affect the calculation, so ot is prepared individually by qualified specialists. The optimal route and method of transportation are selected, all pitfalls for the product itself are studied, and the HS code is selected.

What is the HS code?

Each product is classified by the customs authority according to its own customs code, which determines the rates of customs duty, import VAT and fees. It is selected by our declarant based on the product description sent by the client. The more detailed the description, the more correct the code is.

The supplier gave me the HS code, is this the EAEU HS code?

HS code is the code of the international Harmonized Commodity coding system. The EAEU uses the HS code. Often these codes are similar at the level of the first 4-6 characters, but there are differences in the code selection rules. In addition, Chinese suppliers may select the code incorrectly. That's why we always choose the code ourselves.

I have the weight of the product, but I don't know what the volume will be. Can you calculate correctly without volume?

There are different types of cargo. If you look at an example: it can be both heavy metal products and cotton wool. 20 tons of metal products will be included in the container. One container will not be enough to deliver cotton wool. Therefore, it is very important to know the volume of cargo and the number of transport places for the correct calculation.

Why do you ask how much the cargo costs? Is this important for calculating shipping costs?

Customs payment is calculated from the value of the cargo. If we do not know how much the cargo costs, the amount of customs duties will also be unknown. Insurance is also always included in the calculation, which depends on the estimated value of the batch in China.

What does cargo insurance cover?

Insurance covers loss or damage of the cargo during transportation from the moment of its receipt to the moment of delivery of the cargo to the customer.

Chinese suppliers pack in cardboard, and the cargo is fragile. Can I make additional packaging in your warehouse?

Yes, we can make a crate, put the cargo on pallets, pack it with film or put it in a wooden box. It all depends on the type of cargo and on your wishes.

Do you only work with legal entities?

Yes, we are engaged in the transportation of commercial shipments for legal entities (LLC, sole proprietor).

If I have 5 suppliers, do I need to make 5 different shipments?

We can consolidate all the goods in our warehouse in China, and then send them in a single batch. In this case,you can make reasonable savings on logistics.

Do you carry branded products?

Yes, everything depends on restrictive measures under the legislation, the presence of a letter of authorization for import, the inclusion of the brand in the list of goods that can be brought under the parallel import scheme. Each case is considered individually.

Do you carry dangerous or oversized cargo?

Yes, transportation of these types of cargo is also considered individually, depending on the task at hand, and is possible to implement.

Can I ship a small cargo in a separate container?
